2 bottles of  Cabernet Sauvignon 2020: This is a big body wine with ruby color, fully ripe tannins and refreshing acidity with a long lingering finish. Pair with dark meat.

2 Bottles of Black River Red 2021: This medium body red has notes of red fruits, with a soft finish. Enjoy as a cocktail, or pair with chicken, turkey, or pork.

Our wines are made in small lots using the patented GOfermentor® process (www.GOfermentor.com). This process enables wine to be made without the addition of sugar or preservatives. Sulfites are not added because the unique method minimizes oxidation. The result is fruitier and fresher tasting wine. The only ingredients in this wine are hand-selected grapes and curated wine yeasts.
