Medium body wine with notes of red fruit, balanced, fully ripe tannins with a harmonious finish. Notes of vanilla and clove and dried fruit. This merlot pairs well with a wide variety of foods, light meats, e.g., chicken, turkey, duck, clean cuts of beef, tomato-based pasta, cheesy pizza, lasagne.

The wine was made in the GOfermentor, a completely closed system, and aged in the SmartBarrel, it has no contact with air.

2 Bottles of Black River Red 2021:

This medium body red has notes of red fruits, with a soft finish. Enjoy as a cocktail, or pair with chicken, turkey, or pork.

Our wines are made in small lots using the patented GOfermentor® process (www.GOfermentor.com). This process enables wine to be made without the addition of sugar or preservatives. Sulfites are not added because the unique method minimizes oxidation. The result is fruitier and fresher tasting wine. The only ingredients in this wine are hand-selected grapes and curated wine yeasts.
