Displaying snappy peach and juicy citrus fruit highlighted by crisp mineral notes on the complex finish. The wine was made in the GOfermentor, a completely closed system, and aged in the SmartBarrel, it has no contact with air. No Sulphites were added. This wine is a favorite with chicken and fish.
